When I was diagnosed with heart failure, I quickly had to learn many medical terms and procedures, such as names of medicines and what they were used for, how to read food labels, what is involved in a heart biopsy, etc. When the Twilight series of books came out, I read all of them and was fascinated with the story. I travelled to Forks, Washington to see the land that was described in the books, and learned a lot about the area. I was able to see the ocean for the first time in my life, which was a lifelong goal that I was proud to have accomplished. I attended a presentation by a professional diver who brought up different sea creatures. I walked through a redwood forest, and saw trees that have been standing there for hundreds of years, and will still be standing there long after I'm gone.
